Below is a post Louis had put on facebook, these are his words so I’m not correcting any spelling mistakes he may have made. I remember this day very clearly. Lou and I were left to finish things on our own in Ghana. He requested a pizza, showed them pictures and the chef put one together for us. Was like a taste of home while we toiled abroad.

Most of our crew went home on time while me and Jeremy had to stay to finsh, but atleast Chef made a personal pizza just for us despite it not being on the menu. Thanks Chef!
